This Delivery Policy outlines the timelines, formats, and conditions under which Esha Clicks delivers photography, videography, and album products to clients. By booking our services, you agree to the delivery terms described on this page.
We take delivery seriously — your memories deserve to reach you in the best quality and within the promised time. This page tells you exactly what to expect, when to expect it, and what you need to do on your end to ensure nothing goes wrong.
Working days = Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Timelines may be longer during peak festive and wedding seasons.
All deliverables will be released only after the full balance payment is received. This applies to:
As per our standard payment terms, the 80% balance is due on event day after shoot completion. Deliverables will be dispatched once this balance is cleared. Outstanding payments — regardless of reason — will result in the withholding of all deliverables until full payment is received.
Album orders: Physical album production begins only after the balance is paid and the client has approved the final photo selection. Production cannot start without both.
Edited photos are delivered digitally via a Google Drive or WeTransfer link, shared on WhatsApp and email.

All packages include access to raw (unedited) photos. These are delivered within 3–5 working days of the event date, ahead of the edited set.
Note: Raw files are shared as-captured JPEGs, not in proprietary camera RAW format (CR2/NEF). If you specifically need camera RAW format files, please discuss this at the time of booking.
If you need edited photos urgently — for a birthday post, family WhatsApp group, or social media — rush editing is available at an additional charge, subject to workload availability. Please request this before or on the day of the event. Rush requests made after 48 hours may not be accommodated.
Video teasers are included in the Essential, Premium, and Ultimate packages. Delivery timelines are as follows:

Raw, unedited video footage is not provided as part of any standard package. Raw video files contain hours of uncompressed footage, require professional editing software to view, and are not suitable for casual client use.
If you specifically need raw video footage, please discuss this at the time of booking. It may be available as a separate add-on at additional cost.
All photo and video deliverables are primarily delivered digitally via secure cloud storage links:
Physical albums (included in Premium and Ultimate packages) are either:
Album specifications: 12×36 inch panoramic format. Premium and Ultimate packages include 10 and 15 sheets respectively, featuring 60–80 and 90–120 photos.
Courier charges for album delivery outside Delhi NCR will be communicated separately. Delivery timelines for physical albums depend on the courier partner and destination.
If you prefer your photos and videos on a physical device (USB drive, hard disk), this is available as an add-on at additional cost. Please request this at the time of booking. Physical media is dispatched or collected once digital delivery is completed.
⚠️ Critical — Please Read: All download and viewing links will remain active for 30 days from the date of delivery notification. After this period, links may be deactivated and files archived or deleted. Please download all content within this window.
After the 30-day validity period:
The 30-day clock starts from the delivery notification date — not from when you first open the link. Please act promptly once you receive the delivery message.
We are a photography service, not a long-term cloud storage provider. Storing large photo and video files indefinitely is not feasible. The 30-day window gives you ample time to download, back up, and share your memories — please use it.
Once deliverables are provided, it is entirely your responsibility to download and safeguard your files. We strongly recommend:
Please don't wait. We've seen clients delay downloading and then find the link expired. Your photos are once-in-a-lifetime — treat the download as urgently as you would treat the event itself.
Data loss after the 30-day validity period — whether due to expired links, deleted files, or the client's own storage issues — is not the responsibility of Esha Clicks.
If you experience genuine technical issues downloading files within the 30-day window — such as a broken link, upload error, or missing files — contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will resolve the issue at no additional charge during this period.
Re-upload or re-delivery requests made after the validity period:
If files are lost, deleted, or damaged on the client's end after a successful delivery — due to a device crash, accidental deletion, or storage failure — Esha Clicks is not responsible for providing replacements or backups beyond the initial 30-day period. This is why maintaining at least two personal backups is strongly advised.

No technical support is provided for issues viewing files on outdated devices, incompatible software, or devices with insufficient storage. If you have difficulty opening files, please ensure your device and software are up to date.

Important: The 30-day download validity period starts from the date and time of the delivery notification — regardless of whether you have opened or accessed the link. Please monitor your WhatsApp and email after the expected delivery date.
If you do not receive a delivery notification within the estimated timeline, please contact us proactively. Do not assume files are on their way — reach out and we'll give you an update.
While we strive to meet every delivery timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:
In the event of a delay beyond the stated timeline, we will notify you proactively with a revised estimated delivery date. Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If we're running late, we'll tell you. We won't leave you wondering. You'll always hear from us before a deadline passes.
Clients have 7 days from the delivery notification date to review all deliverables and report any legitimate technical issues, such as:
After the 7-day acceptance window, all deliverables are considered reviewed and accepted. Claims regarding subjective matters — editing style, colour tone, personal preference in photo selection, number of "good" photos — will not be entertained after this period.
Note on editing style: Our editing approach — colour tone, brightness, contrast — is consistent with our portfolio. If you have a specific editing preference or reference, please communicate it before the shoot. Post-delivery editing style changes are chargeable.
